Descriptions and indicative prices on this site are informational. They do not constitute a binding offer. A written confirmation (email or proposal) defines scope, fees, timing, and deliverables for any engagement.

No checkout

This website does not process payments or host a checkout. Deposits or invoices, when agreed, are handled offline according to the engagement terms we send you.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and original materials we publish, belongs to us or our licensors. Client deliverables (planograms, briefs, artwork packs) are licensed or assigned as stated in the relevant proposal.

Fieldwork

Store visits depend on retailer access permissions you arrange or that we arrange with your approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by denied access, store closures, or incomplete briefing materials.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For paid work, liability is limited as set out in the signed proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
